This bulb produces blue light, which is known to disturb circadian rhythms and may even harm animal vision. If you are looking for an incandescent bulb to provide low-intensity, non-UVB daytime lighting for your pet’s terrarium, we recommend the Exo Terra Daytime Heat Lamp instead.
