These cockroaches are 1″ long American cockroaches (Periplaneta americana), which means that they offer different nutrition than dubia roaches or red runners.

Instructions for Use:
Dust Zoo Med canned cockroaches with calcium before offering them to your reptile. Zoo Med canned cockroaches may be offered in a shallow food dish or with feeding tongs.
Feed an appropriate amount of cockroaches for the size animal you are feeding. Zoo Med Can O’ Cockroaches are ideal for medium to large reptiles and amphibians, but they can be chopped into pieces for smaller reptiles. Do not use for hatchlings or small (3” and under) animals.
Discard any uneaten cockroaches after 24 hours.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
