Zoo Med Can O’ Mini Size Crickets is a convenient way to add variety to your pet reptile’s diet while also making sure that you always have reptile food on hand for emergencies. These crickets are extra small, making them suitable for feeding to small and/or young omnivorous and insectivorous lizards, turtles, fish, birds, and even small animals!
Instructions for Use:
For lizards and amphibians: Dust crickets with calcium before offering. Zoo Med canned crickets may be offered in a shallow food dish or with feeding tongs. Spoon out the appropriate amount for the size animal you are feeding. Discard uneaten food after 24 hours.
For water turtles: Feed as much as they can consume in 5 minutes. Remove and discard any uneaten food.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
